Serving Fergus, Wellington County
Founded in 1833 by Scottish settlers led by Adam Fergusson and James Webster, Fergus grew up around the Grand River's limestone gorge and retained its Scottish heritage through nearly two centuries — most visibly during the Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games, one of North America's largest. The downtown stone-block architecture along St. Andrew Street is a designated heritage district.
